Radiant Innovatia (PTY) LTD is an esteemed black owned engineering design and services consultation company focused on rendering ingenious and reliable engineering solutions for the African continent. The initial core of the company is particularly innovation and precision engineering designs rooted in the depth of research and development in the rail and automobile, energy, infrastructure development and mining sector. The second core part of the company is the management of engineering services, where engineering standards and quality requirements are primary guidelines for these service provisions while aiming at conforming to the various requirements of the engineering regulatory bodies of the sub-Saharan Africa. The rich background of the founder in operations and maintenance despise his current specialty in research and development calls for enforced reliable engineering solutions as the company’s thriving value on all new design products and services.
The team members also have unique skill sets with minimum background of four years in research and development and product design development in engineering and the minimum overall engineering experience of seven years. The team consists mainly of senior engineers in the background of mechanical, electrical, civil and systems engineering and a few in project management. This is particularly important to the company’s mandate of offering next level innovation solutions in the engineering spectrum of the African continent. The founder’s drive for innovation and excellence necessitates a team of such loftiness: Innovative and excellence pursuit while ensuring reliable engineering solutions. The company’s main scope is split into four, thus we have Engineering services management; Research and Development; New Products and Services Design and development (Innovation); Execution Services (manufacturing, construction, operations and maintenance).
