A civil engineer rooted in the design of roads and bridges, having a vast experience in our national roads construction and upgrade. Mr Dladla has over 13 years of experience in the civil field: roads & bridges construction with depth of design having served multiple design and consultation companies that serviced SANRAL. His exposure to project management in his journey while leading technical teams motivated for getting certification PMP. Despise his insights of the construction through his experience, he holds a certificate CMP which guarantee this specialty. Mr Dladla embraces intense research in knowledge of the field one gets involved in, and excellence is birthed in him through this principle.
