He emphasises that over the years engineering excellence emerging from Africa was limited by political constraints. From a very young age he has always noticed himself being wired to be innovative and creative while growing in the desire of being an engineer. The passion for solving the African problems through engineering intensified when he started his career in 2013, for him being employed was just a necessary training pathway to a greater destination. He crafted his engineering career for over 10 years, with significant experience in Operations and Maintenance for half a decade, and Research & Development in the last half of a decade. When he started this company in 2014, the long waiting vision for Africa was birthed into execution. When he joined the research and development entity, he felt home due to his childhood innovation and creative passion. Kagiso Malinga, a researcher at heart, flourished in the space of research and development, design and analysis. Over the years he published engineering papers that some got selected to be presented in various international platforms including Norway (Europe: 2019), Chicago (USA: 2023) and Rio de Janeiro (Brazil: 2023).
